Why Do you need a Will?

Fiscal savings: A structured will can reduce estate duties and administration costs, ensuring maximum benefit for your heirs.

Freedom of testation

Upholding a cornerstone of South African law of succession by preserving your right to bequeath assets.

Asset protection

A will guarantees your property and assets are given as per your wishes, avoiding potential inheritance by estranged family members.

Childcare assurance

In the absence of a will, a minor child's inheritance is held in the Guardian’s fund until they're 18. A will provides direction.

Legal clarity

Without a will, your estate decisions fall under the intestate succession act, potentially leading to undesired results.
